Brought up in Nice, France, I have spent much of my life on the water, with an extensive background in hospitality and sailing.  I started my boating career working as a deck hand on numerous sailboats and luxury motor yachts throughout the Mediterranean. Eventually I began working towards my Masters license which led to a long term career throughout the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Pacific.  I have gained a wealth of local knowledge and know well all the Caribbean Islands. My interest in sailing encouraged me to obtain my teaching certificate; I have conducted sailing classes to youth and adults and I have participated in various Caribbean sailing races. My professional seafaring history ensures all guests a thrilling, safe and unforgettable trip of a lifetime while exploring interesting locales and regions. I speak French, English, Italian, and have a working knowledge of Spanish.

As the third season working in the yachting industry, I offer a strong background in hospitality with a Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and significant experience in Restaurant Management. As proprietor of my own restaurant and having worked in both medium to large luxurious Caribbean Resorts, I am able to deliver professional service to the highest standards. As a cook, my professional experience and travels bring together exotic and traditional flavors, I can customize a menu for any occasion or dietary preference. My view of crewed yachting is that I am here to provide an experience of a lifetime for the guest through the finest hospitality and food service. I am professional, enthusiastic, and energetic.
