Justin, your MCA Yacht Master Captain, spent part of his childhood living in the Islands of the Seychelles where his Dad ran a charter boat. He has the patience and skills necessary to share his passions with beginners and more experienced water sport enthusiasts alike. He is equally comfortable below the water and holds a PADI Dive Master certificate. Having spent 9 years in the charter industry, Justin prides himself on his ability to multitask and is as well-known for his wakeboarding skills as he is for his cocktail mixing.

Crystal Dauth is a South African chef hailing from Cape Town where she was born.She has a degree in Marketing and advertising and started out her career in the Advertising world before she decided to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Traveling through Europe and working in different restaurants Crystal found herself living on an island in Greece where she managed a small upscale piano bar and restaurant. After two years in Greece Crystal went back home and managed some of the top restaurants in Cape Town for the next 10 years. She was trained by a private chef before she decided to open her own restaurant which she had for 2 years before leaving for the Caribbean to become a charter chef.
With 7 years experience as a charter chef Crystal will cater to all your needs with her wonderful gourmet creations. With cooking being Crystal's biggest passion she also enjoy scuba diving in the clear blue waters of the Caribbean.
