Meet your
crew: Walter Wegmann,
Walter is from Zurich and holds a 400 ton license with over 20 years sailing
experience. Before sailing in the BVI's he established a Diving
School in a Dominican Republic resort. He delights in teaching
diving and has the patience of a saint. He also has a background in
mechanics and boat repair. One
of his preferred moments is in the evening when he finds the time to
create a wonderful meal and spoil you with one of the daily creations of
tropical drinks.
Lela
is also from Zurich. She
is more on the artistic side. She is a
professional "Haute-Couture" tailor, and worked for a French
designer. Since her father is from Greece, she went to Crete in 1987
and opened a beach restaurant & music bar along with a boutique for
Italian clothing. Sheloves the sea and its bounty…traveled and worked throughout
Europe and the Mediterranean learning from her Greek and Italian
friends' "Mamas" a long the way. Léla's dishes have always this
little special touch of art, as we love the saying "we eat with our
eyes"!
