Peter is originally from England and has spent most of his life traveling, working in the "off season" as a tour guide in Europe and the "on season" as a Captain. With extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Florida and the Caribbean Islands, Peter chose the Virgin Islands as his cruising area. Some of Peter's interests include, Diving and Snorkeling, Rugby, Cricket, Golf, and Waterskiing.

Kristin (KC) is originally from Savannah, Georgia. She attended University there, studying Business Management. After graduating she decided to travel extensively. While on her travels, she became fascinated in the different culinary styles of the countries. So much so that she decided to become a chef. She studied in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand and USA, where she also took a bar tending course. She then combined her business and culinary skills and started her own catering company. Then she decided to pursue one of her many interests, sailing. She came to the Virgin Islands and has been a chef here for the last 8 years. KC has won numerous culinary awards, not to mention numerous guests returning to enjoy her cuisine. She is also an avid diver.
