Dustin Holds a USCG Master License and a wide range of sailing miles. Spending his high school years in south Florida, he was very active in fishing, surfing, and sailing. Following work in corporate sales, he apprenticed as a chef in Atlanta and Denver, and became an executive chef in Florida. then he went to the island of Culebra to run a small restaurant where he bought his first sail boat. While living in the islands, he has captained many different boats including a 72ft. catamaran, daily dive charters as well as sailing across the Atlantic. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest with an avid racing sailor as a father, Courtney cultivated a love for the water and sailing at a young age. She has traveled to many countries from Costa Rica to Russia, including living in Spain for six months. Over the years, along with sailing on the West Coast, she has put in her sea miles from Bequia in the Grenadines to Newport, RI on the East Coast.
