Meet your crew: Peter & Tracy Stejskal

Capt. Peter was born in Czechoslovakia but found his way to the sea and graduated from the Maritime Academy in the Ukraine in 1989. For several years he traveled all over the world on Merchant ships as an engineer. He has over 15 years sailing experience and hold a captain's license. He speaks English, Czech and Russian.

Chef Tracy was raised in the Carolinas where she graduated with a degree in Marine Biology. After her studies she sailed on various charter sail boats and motor yachts in the US, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, USVI and BVI. The past 14 years she was chef and mate on a private yacht. She will share the flavors of the Caribbean with you.

Homemade Pancakes with rum-tossed bananas and a sprinkle of spice
Fluffy Omelets filled with fresh crunchy veggies, Serrano ham and imported cheese

Spicy Grilled Chicken Breast with an orange, mint and red onion salad and hint of cumin
Salade Nicoise with our freshly caught tuna - seared and served with country-style bread
Fresh Pumpkin Soup with buttery Lobster medalions

Crunchy Crab Filled Egg Rolls
"Catch of the Day" Sushi Rolls , spicy wasabi-soy sauce and pickled ginger
Tropical Thai Fish Cakes with cucumber relish
